What is Roltank?

'Roltank' is a locally prefabricated new concept circular water storage tank consisting of:

A) An outer corrugated metal ring wall, a metal dome, cone or flat roof, formed from high quality ZINCALUME or colour coated steel sheets.
B) A self supporting roof structure manufactured from aluminium extruded sections for the dome roof trusses, hot-dip galvanised mild steel members for the cone roofs and ZINCALUME steel trusses for the dome or flat roofs.

C) An internal high quality, fungus and algae resistant food grade P. E. (fibre reinforced polyethylene) bag, tailor-made and heat-sealed in the factory to suit each size of tank.

Leak Proof

'Roltank' will not leak or crack due to ground movement because of its unique construction and light weight. As the water is contained in a factory heat-sealed P. E. bag, there is no leakage over the life of the tank.

Easy Installation

'Roltank' does not require structural foundation when installed on ground. It can also be directly erected over prefabricated steel towers and reinforced concrete platform.

Clean Drinking Water

'Food Grade' Polyethylene (P. E.) bag approved by Local Water Authorities for consumable drinking water.

No Corrosion

There is no internal corrosion as no internal strutting or bracing is used.

Easy Delivery

Due to the unique design of this tank, it is light and concept. All components for 'Roltank' are easily transported and assembled on-site.

Relocatable

Due to the unique design, 'Roltank' can be easily dismantled & relocated within days.

Warranty

'Roltank' water tanks are fully warranted for ten(10) years against leakage & structural failure if installed in accordance with Roltank's instructions.
